Red wines

All bottles are available individually, without extra cost. Because we believe that everyone should be able to indulge themselves by offering a bottle of legend without having to buy the entire case.

The bottles are selected according to several criteria.

Objective criteria: Level of wine, quality of conservation, aging potential, rare or neglected vintage, reputation and recurring demand from our customers.

The less objective criteria: We like the style of the wine and the mindset of the château or the estate. We tasted bottles that left us with good memories. We like the label. and the famous "Who cares ? It's okay, if we don't sell this bottle we will drink it" (Christophe with each bottle purchase)

We love old wines, because only aging in good conditions can give birth to certain particular aromas and give rise to great emotions, making certain tastings unique and unforgettable.

Here you will find wines "ready to drink" or "in the fruit" with an interesting aging potential.

Exceptional old reds, rarity or discovery, available individually

  • Banyuls

Banyuls is the only natural sweet wine to benefit from the grand cru designation.

Banyuls is made up of Carignan, Grenache, Macabeo and Malvoisie.

A surprising wine that goes wonderfully with chocolate desserts and even with blue cheeses. If you have never tried to combine a sweet wine with a marbled cheese, you will be pleasantly surprised!

  • Beaujolais

The Beaujolais vineyard covers more than 17,000 hectares. Gamay Noir reigns supreme in the region.

Beyond "Beaujolais", there are also more to the North the appellations "Morgon", "Juliénas", "Saint-Amour", "Brouilly" or even "Moulin-à-vent" each possessing a specific character linked to its terroir.

Beaujolais "Nouveau" is known worldwide every third Thursday of November, it is the occasion to celebrate the new wine. But behind this jovial side of "Beaujolais Nouveau" hides some very beautiful cuvées in this region.

The white and rosé Beaujolais, as well as the crémants, are produced in a much more confidential way.

Jean Foillard and Marcel Lapierre are two estates that have greatly contributed to the renewal of Beaujolais. Marcel Lapierre is a pioneer in natural wine and Jean Foillard has followed the same path.

  • Burgundy

Burgundy and its Pinots Noirs has delighted the whole world with its great wines of historic renown !

84 AOC make up the Burgundy region. The premiers and grands crus are often the most sought after, but there are also some very fine vintages in the Region or in the Villages.

The climates of the Burgundy vineyard have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015, thus highlighting the Côtes de Beaune and Côtes de Nuits as well as the cities of Dijon and Beaune. In Burgundy, the Climat refers to a parcel of vines delimited by man and recognized by name for centuries. Each climate has its own hydrometric and geological characteristics and a particular exposure. Each climat production is vinified separately, and the wine thus takes the name of the climat from which it comes.
