Located in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, the Taupenot-Merme estate, winemakers for 7 generations, produces great wines from Burgundy, from the municipalities of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis.

Driven by the permanent search for the expression of the terroir and guided by the control of yields, the estate's cultivation practices remain traditional and respectful of the environment (frequent plowing, organic treatment, leaf stripping, manual harvest). The wines are vinified in accordance with tradition with the support of a system of thermal regulation of the tanks. The wines are aged for 12 months in oak barrels, then assembled and racked without being filtered before being bottled at the estate.
