BILLECART SALMON Blanc de Blancs CHAMPAGNE
The Billecart Salmon house is a family house founded over 200 years ago. Since then, 7 generations have followed one another. It is located in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
The estate owns 100 ha and is supplied to the tune of 300 ha from vineyards located 20km around Epernay.
This bottle is not vintage but the shape of it has changed in 2019 which leads us to think that this bottle is already several years old. The new bottle shape is identical to that of rosé.
Technical side:
4 to 5 years of aging in the cellar before disgorging.
100% Grand cru from the Côte des Blancs
