Dom Perignon champagne is an exclusively vintage champagne, that is to say it is produced only in exceptional years from bunches harvested the same year.

Since 1921, only 41 vintages have been produced. The rosé wine has only been produced since 1959, with 22 vintages.

Tasting notes: Nose: fresh and sharp. Vegetable notes and white pepper.

Peated accents over time. Palate: Lively attack, aromas of anise, ginger intermingle with notes of fleshier fruits like pear or mango

Finale: Long and ripe.

Tasted again in December 2019, this wine is not his age. The years of care have allowed him to develop a lot of finesse whether in his bubble or its aromatic. The attack is lively and frank like a young wine. The finish is creamy and round, a real treat.
