Billecart-Salmon Champagnes are very raw, a few or no sugar added and are preferably aimed at an audience of connoisseurs or informed amateurs. In short, these are not champagnes to put in everyone glass.
This cuvées is aged in the cellar 30 months before disgorging. It is made from a blend of three grape varieties from three different terroirs. Pinot noir comes from the mountain of Reims. Pinot meunier from Valée from the Marne and Chardonnay from Marne
This bottle has been stored in our cellar for almost 5 years and should be very interesting to taste. And, actually, if you don't do so, we will.
