Dom Pérignon champagne is an exclusively vintage champagne, that is to say that it is produced only in exceptional years from bunches harvested in the same year. Since 1921, only 41 vintages have been produced.
The rosé cuvée, for its part, has only been produced since 1959, with 22 vintages.
Color: Straw Yellow, Caramel
Nose: Toast, coffee beans, dried apple and beeswax.
Bubble: Very fine but present throughout the tasting
Taste: Dry and fresh, notes of caramel, honey and citrus.
We strongly advise you to let this wine breathe 10 to 15 minutes before tasting. Yes, we know, it's very long. But this detail will make all the difference.
