This cuvée is made from old vines, cultivated on a marl-limestone soil.
This wine was vinified for 30 months according to the simplest rules, indigenous yeasts, not fined, unfiltered, without the addition of So2.
The presence of gas and of a deposit is therefore natural.
At WUAT we particularly love Ganevat wines. Also, to have tasted them often, we advise you to open and decant these wines at least two hours before tasting them.
