No need to introduce you to this Pomerol which is one of the wines that we would all like to taste at least once in our lives. There are many anecdotes about this domain (which is not a Château). Petrus (without accent) was the wine chosen for the wedding of Queen Elizabeth II, and the favorite wine of the Kennedy family.

The 2000 vintage is an exceptional vintage in Pomerol. Robert Parker awarded 100 points to this Petrus. This bottle was purchased en primeur and kept by a renowned Swiss amateur and collector, we acquired it in 2022.

The level is perfect and the cap seems perfect, by transparency.

"Extremely full-bodied and with great purity of fruit, a marked note of undergrowth, black truffle, black cherry, licorice and blackberry. The wine is completely unmarked by oak. It has 'a sumptuous and unctuous texture and a large quantity of tannins, all supported by liveliness and luminosity.
