The average age of the vines is 35 years - Aged in new oak barrels for 12 month.
A fascinating, voluptuous and opulent wine. A magnificent wine to taste.
The estate is also known for its second wine, the Pagodes de Cos, but also its Cos d'Estournel Blanc, since 2005, produced in very small quantities.
Tasting advice: decant at least 3 hours before tasting. Serving temperature: 17 to 18 degrees
This Cos is one of the most concentrated and closed that we have tasted. After 35 years it finally begins to open after a few hours of opening. We no longer hoped for it.
