The estate is also known for its second wine, the Pagodes de Cos, but also its Cos d'Estournel Blanc, since 2005, produced in very small quantities.
Aging in barrels The vintage 1989 was exceptional.
The Cos d'Estournel 1989 is endowed with subtlety and elegance, it still unveils tasty and dazzling notes which make it a breathtaking wine.
Tasting advice: decant about 2 or 3 hour before tasting.
Serving temperature: 17 to 18 degrees
