CHATEAU RIEUSSEC 2004 - SAUTERNES

For those who do not yet know it, sweet wines have the immense advantage of being able to keep for a long time after opening. There is therefore no need to quickly finish the bottle or wait for a large group to open a bottle. Do not hesitate to indulge yourself as an aperitif, with a blue cheese or a spicy dish you can leave your Sauternes in the refrigerator door for more than a month without it deteriorating.

Over time, the sweet aromas gain a patina, offering great tasting pleasure even to those who do not like basic "sweet" wines.

Dare to experiment with old Sauternes, it can wait many years in the cellar.
