PEAT SMOKE 2007 - BENROMACH
This particularly smoked single malt whiskey is produced only in very small quantities. Made from the finest Scottish barley and with a high peat smoke content of 57 ppm (percentage per million phenol), this single malt has matured in bourbon casks.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Sweet vanilla, honey and charcuterie aromas with hints of apricot and lemon which blend with a subtle hint of tobacco.
Palate: Aromas of ground pepper with sweet strawberries, oranges and a delicate hint of anise and embers.
