Cuvée 01 Grand Cru

• Exclusively from classified terroirs Grand Cru , this vintage expresses the quintessence of the Champagne terroir.
• The grapes come from the noblest plots, guaranteeing exceptional quality.

Technical Details:

• Assembly :

  • Mostly Chardonnay 56% (Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant) for elegance and minerality.
  • Completed by 44% of Pinot Noir (Montagne de Reims), for structure and richness.

• Winemaking:

  • Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the aromas.
  • Prolonged aging on lees in the chalky cellars of Champagne.

• Dosage:
  Low dosage 6g/l to allow the terroir to fully express itself.

Tasting Notes:

• Dress : Pale gold with brilliant reflections and a fine, persistent foam.
• Nose : Complex and refined, with aromas of white flowers, candied citrus fruits, dried fruits (almond, hazelnut) and a hint of brioche.
• Mouth : Fine and silky, with a beautiful mineral tension and a long finish with lemony and toasted nuances.

State :

• Bottle : Perfect condition, bottle intact and sealed.
• Box: Individual wooden box with hoops, in very good condition, ideal for giving as a gift or keeping.
