Collection: Burgundy White

There is so much to say about white Burgundies!

Made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, except for Saint-Bris which is the only appellation authorized to use Sauvignon, these are wines that often tend towards pastry notes, rather buttery. With a nice acidity, like their red friends made from Pinot Noir, they are often suitable for good storage, but they must still be protected from light because white wines do not react well to it at all!

That's good, at WUAT, we pay close attention to this subject. That's how a 1978 Corton-Charlemagne blew us away with its still-light color and remarkable freshness, it had always been kept in perfect conditions.

Burgundy is known, in white, for its magnificent Meursault, Chablis, Puligny-Montrachet, to name just a few...

How would you like to find bottles from the famous Coche-Dury or Raveneau estate at home and enjoy a great tasting moment?
