Meursault 1986 - Charles Jobard (Today Rémi Jobard)

The Jobard estate has been run by the same family for several generations. Charles Jobard is the father of Remi and the brother of François Jobard, whose estate is also very well known. Charles ran the estate for many years before handing over in 1991. While we are very familiar with Remi Jobard's wines, which are highly sought-after but "findable", his father's old vintages are almost impossible to find.

About the 1986 vintage in Meursault: This is an average vintage, the very pale and translucent color of this bottle testifies to a good state of conservation. This bottle could be a very big and beautiful surprise.
