Collection: Savigny-lès-Beaune

Located in the north of the Côte de Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune covers nearly 350 ha, including approximately 140 ha in 1er cru. Spread over mainly clay-limestone soils, this appellation is dedicated to Pinot Noirs (90%) and Chardonnays (10%).

The reds, supple and fruity, are distinguished by aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry), spicy notes and sometimes floral nuances of violet. The whites, quite rare, display a beautiful minerality and aromas of citrus fruits, green apple and white flowers.

Among the 22 climates ranked 1st, we find Les Vergelesses, Les Narbantons, and Les Lavières. Total production exceeds 12,000 hectoliters per year, offering accessible wines with a very good quality-price ratio, both attractive young and suitable for long-term storage.
