The 1975 vintage in Champagne was simply excellent! The wines are powerful and have a long aging potential.
Don't be fooled by the color you seem to see, the glass is simply tinted brown, but the color of the nectar itself is limpid, clear and perfect, in addition to the level, it is proof of impeccable conservation!
An intimate knowledge of the Champagne land, expertise passed down through the generations and a vineyard unique in the world have driven the know-how of Moët & Chandon since 1743. A harmonious blend of more than 200 vintages and the three Champagne grape varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier - Brut impérial embodies the Moët é Chandon style. It is a complete, dynamic and generous Champagne. The wine has benefited from maturation on lees for several years before being declared ready for tasting by the cellar master. It develops a wide range of flavors: fresh fruits, white flowers and brioche.
WUAT's opinion: We never miss an opportunity to taste old bottles of Moet or Veuve Clicquot, which is not really the case for the "recent" vintages. These bottles always have great aging potential thanks to their natural acidity and their raw dosage. When tasting, you will appreciate a chalky and round champagne with extremely fine bubbles and pastry aromas.
