Champagne Piper-Heidsieck Brut Vintage 1995

This vintage is named "Le Baroque" by the Piper-Heidsieck house. It is an elegant and well-balanced wine but showing some power and notes of grilled, toasted, butterscotch, apple pie and evolves to reveal more golden apple and granny smith.

An original champagne intended for true bubble lovers. But we know that there are more and more of you in this case.

WUAT's opinion : We recently tasted some vintages from Maison Piper dating from the same period. We were impressed by the quality of the wines. Very low in sugar, chalky and creamy as desired. Powerful notes of toast and cedar wood. A nice length, no bitterness or heaviness. In short, a bottle that can be drunk in a few minutes.

Tasting advice: Try to taste it after about ten minutes of opening to give it time to open up.
