Champagne house located in Hautviller, the hometown of Dom Pérignon.

A bottle in perfect condition, without malolactic fermentation and therefore with good aging potential, from a Chardonnay/Pinot Noir blend.

Sugar dosages are minimal in all Coutelas vintages. We advise you to taste these Champagnes 15 to 20 minutes after opening them to give them time to "calm down" a little and be more open.

For those who are used to tasting Champagnes, you can also decant them, yes, decant them, you're not dreaming, and serve them after about ten minutes. You won't be disappointed with the result.
