This exceptional vintage sublimates the most beautiful Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs from the Heart of Champagne. This pearl symbolizes elegance in all its splendor.
This drink with delicate rose-gold colors is adorned with joyful and fine bubbles.
It is a vintage full of subtlety and balance in the sustained rhythm of flavors and aromas.
The 2006 vintage has extremely fine bubbles, to be enjoyed during exceptional moments.
It is made from a blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. It is a blended rosé since 8% red wine (Pinot Noir from plots of old vines) is combined in this blend.
The vintage has an intense color.
On the nose, we are pleased to discover delicate notes of red fruits, then an evolution towards spicy notes.
On the palate, the aromatic framework is broad and complex. Red fruit aromas mingle with more gourmet notes. The balance is particularly successful between power and finesse.
The finish is sublime, long and crystalline.
