Terroir: Clay-limestone soil, shallow and very stony. Southern exposure
Location: The plots are located in the commune of Auxey-Duresses (pronounced "Ossé-durez" of nothing). These terroirs are in the extension of Volnay and Monthelie and announce the vineyards of Meursault and Puligny.
Vineyard of 0.46 ha, vines with an average age of 52 years cultivated using sustainable viticulture.
Vinification: Grapes destemmed at 50% to balance the fruit and tannic matter. Maceration for 12 days with pumping over. Aged for 15 months in oak barrels, 25% of which are new.
