This "Les Teurons" 1er cru 2006 will suit you. Although complicated, the 2006 vintage is a great discovery. The slightly late harvest (September 25) of the grapes, due to a capricious end of summer, allowed an intense concentration of tannins. However, significant sorting was necessary.

The long aging that followed brought notes of cocoa and toast. The wine is pure and racy, its structure is ample and the attack focused on fruit aromas.

We advise you to wake up this wine a little before serving it. A prior opening of 30 minutes will be essential.
