Cuvée 100% Grand cru from the sublime terroirs of Cramant. Aged for at least 6 years in the cellars of Maison Perrier-Jouet.

2007 is a particularly good vintage for Chardonnay. As strange as it may seem, the Belle Époque rosé cuvée is sublime in "rainy" vintages. However, 2007 was difficult because of the summer rains.

Notes of white fruits and citrus followed by beautiful notes of exotic fruits to finish on notes of spices. Quite simply a very great champagne. To be enjoyed today or to wait for many years.
