The anecdote about the name of this vintage is quite funny. This plot selection comes from a place called "Buisson Mesnard", but tasters have misspelled the name in their guide to "Buisson Renard", so it is not without humor that Didier Dagueneau decided to rename his vintage "Buisson Renard".

This wine is undoubtedly the richest and fruitiest in the LB Dagueneau wine range, it offers us beautiful aromas of candied citrus fruits, exotic fruits on an extraordinary mineral base.

This Buisson Renard is a true ode to purity and refinement. Although located on a plot at the bottom of the hillsides, where the clays are richer and the flints less numerous, the 30-year-old vines produce a wine of very beautiful elegance, after having drawn all the minerality specific to the estate.
