Chambolle-Musigny 1988 - Domaine Moine-Hudelot
If you are a Burgundy lover, you must know the Daniel Moine-Hudelot estate.
Moine-Hudelot is a small family estate specializing in the premier crus of Chambolle-Musigny, producing 32,000 bottles per year from 6 hectares of vines that are on average 35 years old.
In 2008, the Domaine de la Pousse d'Or bought the vines of the Domaine Moine-Hudelot. You will therefore no longer find many bottles stamped Moine-Hudelot on the market.
The 1988 vintage is considered a "Very Great Vintage" in the same way as 1989 or 2002 at Chambolle Musigny. Here is a fairly rare bottle, almost 35 years old, that you should definitely not miss!
