Chambolle-Musigny 1er cru "Les Chatelots" 2000 - Domaine Anne and Hervé Sigaut

The wines of the Sigaut estate need no introduction. Aged in only 25% new barrels for all the house's vintages. The aim is to let the terroir express itself above all. The estate's vintages all benefit from great aging potential. It is also strongly advised not to taste them before at least five years of aging.

The plot of only 0.5ha of the 1er cru "Les Chatelots" is located in the heart of the Chambolle-Musigny appellation

This bottle has been kept in the same cellar since its acquisition at the estate. The cap has disappeared for an unknown reason. Perhaps the darkness of the cellar bothered it. The cork, which can be observed through the transparency, clearly authenticates the vintage.

Don't wait too long to treat yourself to this very large bottle, I'm not sure I'll be able to hold back from tasting it for very long.
