Château Angelus 2010 - Saint-Emilion

Called the Opulent, this 2010 has one of the greatest aging potentials of Chateau l'Angelus. It can easily wait until 2050 for you to taste it.

The 2010 and 2009 vintages are quite interesting to compare because they are reminiscent of the 1989 and 1990 vintages respectively. Both are considered excellent but in two very different styles. 1990 and 2009 are easier, rounder, more welcoming and will be drinkable more quickly. 2010 and 1989 are straight, more classic and will require many years of aging before reaching their full potential.

Every taster has their own preference. But at WUAT we will always have a soft spot for those who keep us waiting.
