Indications on the label: The characteristic taste of this wine comes from the abundant presence in the subsoil of a ferruginous allios, or iron dross, which also gave its name to the property.
Tasted in January 2021 by our team : Upon opening, a closed wine that evolves quickly in the glass. It then offers us notes of cocoa, prune and violet.
On the palate, there are aromas of tobacco, leather and slightly blackcurrant.
In terms of structure, the tannins are completely melted and there is a nice length in the mouth. Some metallic and ferrous aromas on the finish.
