Presentation of the domain:

Founded in the 18th century, Château Gruaud Larose , nicknamed "the wine of kings", is one of the jewels of the Saint-Julien appellation. This prestigious estate extends over 82 hectares of an exceptional terroir, composed of deep gravel typical of the Médoc, which gives the wines finesse and longevity.

For several decades, Gruaud Larose has continued its commitment to sustainable and biodynamic viticulture, while preserving its ancestral know-how. The château produces distinguished wines, capable of lasting over the decades and competing with the best classified growths.

Tasting notes:

• Color : Deep, intense garnet red.
• Nose : Complex and charming, with aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), sweet spices, blond tobacco and a hint of cedar.
• Palate : Full and velvety, with silky and well-integrated tannins. Beautiful freshness, perfect balance between power and finesse. The finish is long and persistent, with notes of ripe fruit and mocha.
