The Château has evolved a lot since that time. It is now in organic farming and the grape varieties of the vineyard have changed to be better adapted to the climatic conditions.

The 1982 vintage is a very great vintage. Just like a Cos 86, this wine took many years to "make itself". Now ready to drink, it will seduce the most demanding wine lovers.

We recommend opening it at least two hours before tasting. Or, better yet, you can decant it and let it breathe for an hour and then taste it slowly (we know it's a difficult task to do). This way, you'll discover how its aromas evolve throughout the meal.

These bottles come from a very good cellar, a little too humid, the state of conservation of the wine is exceptional.
