Chateau La Violette 2011 - Pomerol
Chateau La Violette 2011 - Pomerol
Pomerol

Château la Violette takes its name, according to legend, from the very particular aroma of violets that emerges from the moment it is opened.
It's hard not to be influenced when tasting. That's why we advise you, if you're a player, to have it tasted blind.
The rating of this château has been rising steadily since a certain "flying winemaker" took an interest in it. Added to this is the fact that this estate produces as many bottles as a small estate in Burgundy or Champagne, i.e. around 25,000 bottles per year, making it relatively rare.
The terroir and the long aging of this Pomerol allow it to age easily for more than 20 years. This 2011 is still far from its peak.
A wine to taste at least once in your life, but for that, you have to find it.
