The red wines of Château Simone have a bouquet of great complexity, fleshy, rich in tannins, they are wines with superb aging potential!

The average age of the vines is 50 years but some plots are over a century old.

It is composed of 45% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 5% Cinsaut for the main grape varieties, the remaining 20% ​​is divided between "secondary" grape varieties such as Syrah, Castet, Manosquin, Carignan, and various Muscats.
