Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2010 - Femininity - Domaine Tour Saint Michel

The "Féminessance" vintage is the prestige vintage of the Tour Saint Michel estate. But don't be fooled by this very delicate name. This Châteauneuf is very far from the rounded vintages dominated by an overripe Grenache. Here it is the classic, tannic style that dominates. This 2010 vintage is formidable and has immense aging potential.

We are writing here the information present on the back label. We agree with the description except for the "high sweetness".

Purple-violet color. Very intense nose of black fruits, stewed red fruits, white fruits in syrup (peach). Floral notes (violet and white flowers), ample and full mouth, great sweetness, superb volume. Beautiful fruity, floral, and spicy combination; finish on hazelnut and peppermint. Great aging potential.
