Clos de Vougeot 1984 - Henri Rebourseau

The Clos de Vougeot plot of the Henri Rebourseau estate covers 2.21 hectares and is located in the heart of the grand cru as you can see on the map below.

This gently sloping single-unit plot is located in the "golden square" of the Clos. It must be said that the Clos Vougeot is vast, very (too?) vast 49.25 ha, all in grand cru. Some vines located at the bottom of the hillside do not benefit from as good drainage as those located higher up and produce grapes of lower quality.

Clos de Vougeot is a great pride of the Rebourseau estate. This vintage is known for its structure and its immense aging potential.

Open at least one hour before serving in large Burgundy glasses if possible.
