Clos du Marquis 2007 - Saint-Julien

Very good year for 2007 with good aging potential.

The Grand Vin de Léoville comes from exceptional terroirs located mainly in the Clos de Léoville Las Cases towards Pauillac.

Clos du Marquis de Las Cases is a powerful, tannic wine with a very classic style that will require a few years of aging to be fully appreciated. Contrary to what one might believe, this is not a second wine, but a very old Clos with its own style.

This 2007 is approaching its peak. You should be able to taste it after an hour of opening.
