Cuvée des Caudalies - Champagne by Sousa & Fils - Blanc de Blancs grand cru

100% Grands Crus vintage from the terroirs of Avize, Le Mesnil sur Oger, Oger and Cramant.

The vines have been treated biodynamically since the early 2000s and have an average age of over 50 years.

Aged in oak barrels in 15% new barrels. Unfiltered champagne, a slight deposit may form during aging.

Disgorging in February 2005 after 45 months of aging on laths. The base wine dates from 1995 and is renewed perpetually each year (in the manner of a solera).

The Champagnes De Sousa vineyard is certified in Demeter Biodynamics and Organic Agriculture.
