Dom Pérignon champagne is an exclusively vintage champagne, meaning that it is only produced in exceptional years from grapes harvested in the same year. Since 1921, only 42 vintages have been produced.

The rosé cuvée, for its part, has only been produced since 1959, at a rate of 23 vintages.

The 1982 vintage is one of Dom Pérignon's greatest successes, which is why it is highly sought after by enthusiasts and collectors. This bottle comes from a Champagne cellar where it has never moved since its acquisition.

Tasting notes:

Color: Straw Yellow, Caramel

Nose: Toasted bread, coffee beans, dried apple and beeswax.

Bubble: Very fine but present throughout the tasting

Palate: Dry and fresh, notes of caramel, honey and citrus.

We strongly advise you to let this wine breathe for 10 to 15 minutes before tasting. Yes, we know, it takes a long time. But this detail will make all the difference.
