2003 is an exceptional climatic year! And who says exception says exceptional vintage and box! Really, at WUAT, it is the most beautiful box that we have ever seen, Palmer & Co did not do things by halves!

This vintage is composed of Pinot Noir (54%) Grands Crus from Mailly and Verzenay, and premiers crus from Ludes, Rilly and Chigny, and Chardonnay (46%) premiers crus from Trépail and Villers-Marmery.

Dosage: 7.5g/l

Aging on lees: 12 years

Pointe-on-point (bottles upside down on a desk, stirred regularly): 2 years

Disgorged in November 2017

Production limited to 1,703 numbered magnums

Expect a unique tasting experience, the nose is seductive, with charming citrus fruits, notes of roasting, candied apricot, acacia and brioche.

Gourmet aromas of candied zest, grilled hazelnut, dried fruits, roasted pineapple, tonka bean and caramelized pear. The mouth is silky and harmonious.

The final note is long and confirms the sensation of great freshness.

Just describing it makes me salivate, don't delay in acquiring it, before we decide to taste it at WUAT :)
