This rosé from Henri Giraud is a blended rosé (red wine was added to the blend).

All the grapes for the rosé spirit come from plots classified as Grand Cru.

When tasting, you will discover an intense nose where crushed strawberries and biscuits intermingle with spices and pomegranate juice.

Then the notes become floral, rose and peony, with a touch of anise and undergrowth.

The attack is fresh and supple, the whole is rich with a nice acidity in the background.

The finish is fluid, clean and gives us a delicate, rounded champagne.

This champagne is offered in famous starred restaurants.
