The Pilgrim 2015 Chardonnay Côtes du Jura - Anne and Jean-François Ganevat

This vintage comes from old vines grown on a terroir of gray Lias marl.

Vinified for 30 months according to the simplest rules: natural yeasts, no filtration, no fining, no addition of SO2.

The presence of gas and deposits is therefore natural.

At WUAT we particularly like Ganevat wines. Also, having tasted them often, we advise you to open and decant these wines at least two hours before tasting them.
