The Gardens of Babylon 2016 Dry - Domaine Didier Dagueneau

Louis-Benjamin Dagueneau took over his father's work and created a unique dry Jurançon qualified as a Vin de France.

Unlike other Jurançons, produced from Petit and Gros Manseng and Courbu, the Dagueneau add two local grape varieties which are at the heart of the blend, bringing breadth and spicy notes.

The vintage is confidential, as it comes from a plot of less than 50 ares and reveals meticulous work and a sublime minerality.
