The Champagne appellation benefits from a unique terroir, characterized by chalky soils which ensure incomparable freshness and minerality.

The 1990 Cordon Rosé, made from a blend dominated by Pinot Noir, is complemented by Chardonnay for elegance and Meunier for roundness. The pink color is obtained by blending with a carefully selected red Champagne wine.

• Nose: Aromas of jammy red fruits, notes of morello cherry, crushed strawberry and candied citrus fruits.
• Palate: Beautiful breadth, silky texture with still lively acidity. Persistent finish with spicy and slightly toasted notes.
