The Pierre-Rollin Jacob estate has unfortunately not existed for over 15 years. This small estate of less than 10 ha at the time only produced wines from the Côtes de Beaune appellations (Corton Charlemagne, Aloxe-Corton, Pernand-Vergelesses and Beaune). The wines from this estate are incredibly concentrated and tannic for Burgundies, hence their wonderful aging potential. As they age they evolve towards aromas of undergrowth and spices.
