Domaine Rapet, in Pernand-Vergelesses, produces sublime wines located on the prestigious Corton hill.

In 2018, they received validation of the highest level of High Environmental Value certification. Which means optimal biodiversity (of life in the vines!), optimized fertilization management (-50% fertilizer in 2018 ) and a reasoned phytosanitary fight in order to reduce their use to the strict minimum.

The estate produces wines with the utmost respect for the environment and is committed to sustainable viticulture.

Today this vintage is called Pernand Vergelesses Premier Cru "Les Vergelesses". Expect a fruity, rich vintage with melted tannins.

The 1989 vintage was very sunny and produced some very great wines in Burgundy.
