Pommard 2011 - Chateau de Pommard

Château de Pommard is now owned by the Carabello-Baum's family, who moved to Burgundy from San Francisco in 2014. That same year, the estate began its organic and biodynamic conversion. The first vintage entirely in biodynamics will be marketed in 2022.

Before that, the Clos Marey-Monge 2019 was the first 2019 vintage to be certified organic, this proves the commitment of the estate to move towards the most natural and respectful of the terroir and its environment.

This wine was produced at Château de Pommard. Each stage of the winemaking process extends and completes the expression of the terroir, the appellation and the vintage. The Domaine's signature carries the promise of a great tasting moment.
