Pur Sang 2017 - Domaine Didier Dagueneau

The Pur Sang vintage comes from a 2 ha plot of vines around thirty years old located in La Folie, commune of Saint-Laurent-L'Abbaye.

The soil consists of small flints and clays.

Classified as Vin de France, this Sauvignon is cultivated in a sustainable manner.

Only the most beautiful fruits, which have reached perfect maturity, are used to make this nectar.

As with all Dagueneau vintages, it is the terroir which is expressed above all, linked to the talent of the winemaker.

This wine has a beautiful harmony combining the concentration of the sunny 2017 vintage, whose yields were quite low, with vegetal freshness.
The RVF gave it the very good score of 17.5/20.
