One of the best Rieussec ever made, better than the 2001! Nothing more to say, try it.

For those who don't know yet, sweet wines have the huge advantage of being able to be kept for a long time after opening. So there's no need to finish the bottle quickly or wait until you're in a group to open a bottle. Don't hesitate to treat yourself as an aperitif, with a blue cheese or a spicy dish you can leave your Sauternes in the refrigerator door for over a month without it going bad.
