Yellow Wine 1989 - Côtes du Jura - Voiteur Winery

Exclusively obtained from the Savagnin grape variety, Vin Jaune acquires its characteristic nutty taste during a six-year aging period in oak barrels. This wine with a very long aging potential (20 years and more) accompanies spicy dishes, white meats and creamy fish. It will also pair magnificently with cooked cheeses such as Comté.

Serving advice: to be enjoyed at a slightly warm temperature between 15° and 17° after an hour of opening.

About the vintage: As is often the case, the 1989 vintage offers great successes for wines from the Jura region, whether red or white.
