Banyuls is composed of Carignan, Grenache, Macabeo and Malvoisie.

A surprising wine that will pair wonderfully with chocolate desserts and even with blue cheeses. If you have never tried to pair a sweet wine with a blue cheese, you will be pleasantly surprised!
