You can pay directly on our website by :

You can also choose to pay in cash on the day of the pickup in person by appointment in Martigny for those who opt for this delivery method or TWINT on request.
What are the available delivery methods ?
In Switzerland, your deliveries are handled by the Vinolog service of the Post Office.
In the rest of the world, your deliveries are provided by Fedex or La Poste.
For those who wish, you can also pick up your order directly by appointment in Martigny.
What are the delivery areas?
We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and other countries around the world.
We cannot ship to USA and Canada.

What are the delivery times ?
At WUAT, we organize the shipment of your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the postal services and are beyond our control. The deadlines are indicated here but are only indicative, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
How much are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the country of delivery. They are calculated automatically after adding the wines to your basket. You can nevertheless consult them here.
I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?
After delivering your package to the postal services, WUAT sends you your package number by email with a link for shipment tracking. You can thus consult the status of your delivery.
How are the wines stored?
We pay great attention to where the bottles come from and how they are stored until shipment.
Our wines are stored in 3 different natural underground cellars, the main one of which is located in Valais, Switzerland. The humidity and temperature are ideal.
When buying old bottles, we ensure good storage conditions and taste several bottles to make sure, especially choosing those known for their fragility and their sensitivity to variations in temperature and light.
My wine is corked, will you exchange it or reimburse me?
No exchange or refund is granted. The corkage taste has absolutely nothing to do with the condition or storage of the bottle, it comes from a bacterium present at bottling, trichloro-anisole (TCA).
Can I retract?
You can withdraw only if the order has just been placed and it has not yet been prepared by contacting us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After this period, orders are firm and final regardless of the means of payment used. We calculate our prices as accurately as possible, without any additional risk, so the buyer does not have any right of withdrawal or revocation of his order and therefore cannot return the object of his order. No exchange or refund will be granted.
